I know you missed me while I took a couple days off over the weekend!

Today, the IRS came out with an announcement about the ability to defer payroll tax payments while waiting on the PPP loans. There are a few issues that are not clear on these deferments as well as how they get paid back. We are awaiting more details on this before we make any recommendations about whether you should defer any payroll taxes if you utilize the SBA loans. More to come…..

This article tells you how to go about this properly to avoid wage and hour claims. Please be careful on how you implement this policy. We can walk you through this if you plan to put in a temperature check process.
