Our Loyalty Through the Years

Our journey began in 1968 when Victor Lawrence founded Lawrence Personnel. As the business expanded into staffing, it gave rise to Delta Temporary Services. When Victor was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, the reins were passed to his son and his wife, David and Teresa. They united the operations under the banner of Delta Personnel. 

Recognizing the HR challenges faced by small business owners, we introduced Delta Administrative Services to alleviate these burdens. This venture has evolved into our Human Resource Outsourcing company. 

While managing their own HR demands, David and Teresa noticed that their clients grappled with similar issues. In response, they pioneered one of the earliest PEOs in Louisiana. Teresa’s majority ownership in DAS proudly designates us as a Women-owned and Minority Owned Business.
